Your room isn't complete until there's furniture in it! It's our pleasure to treat your home and belongings with care and respect.
Our white-glove service means that our team will deliver your product, unwrap the packaging, assemble the furnishing, and place it where you would like it.
** Please note that our team cannot rearrange existing furniture, connect or disconnect electrical equipment, or hang mirrors and wall art.
SPECIAL ORDER PATIO FURNITURE
Jacobs Custom Living uses many different vendors to bring you the greatest variety and range of furnishings that you have come to expect from us.
If you choose to special order using our early buy program you will need to expect a 4-8 week delivery time. Your design consultant will advise you of your estimated deliver time once you have place your special order.
SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
Your designer will call you to schedule the delivery of your furnishing once it is available. We strive to deliver at your convenience as much as possible.
Due to a large amount of deliveries we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. You will be provided a 3 hour window of time during which you can expect your furniture to arrive. However, we will gladly contact you 1 hour prior to the scheduled delivery at your request.

Rescheduling Your Delivery
We realize life happens and that you may need to change the scheduled delivery of your furnishing. We're happy to accommodate by rescheduling your delivery with at least a 48 hours notice.

Measuring
Before delivery, please consider the size of your space in relation to your new pieces of furniture. Measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and landings to ensure that your furniture will fit into your room. Make note of any obstacles such as banisters, narrow entries, low ceilings, or interior walls that may cause issue with furniture placement. Your designer will be happy to provide detailed measurements of your new pieces.

Delivery Obstacles
Please communicate to your designer if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for our trucks to maneuver during delivery. Be sure to find out any requirements for access to buildings that have specific delivery instructions. For example, deliveries only allowed during certain hours, dedicated freight elevators, ect.
